Customer Reviews
Good flight to London
Booked a round-trip to London a couple months back. The MHsmart fare had everything I needed, checked a bag and got to pick my seat which was nice. Flight was pretty smooth, no real delays. Just a straightforward trip, got me where I needed to be.
Detailed review of my flight
I booked an international one-way flight from Melbourne to Kuala Lumpur using their website. The booking process was fairly intuitive, I found the options for extra baggage allowance clearly laid out. I also opted for MHinsure travel insurance, just in case. Online check-in worked without a hitch a day before. At the airport, boarding was organised and the cabin crew were attentive. The in-flight meal was standard airline fare, nothing fancy but edible. My luggage arrived fine, actually came out pretty quickly. Overall, a solid experience from start to finish.
Always a reliable choice
I've flown Malaysia Airlines several times, mostly for international flights. This time I went with an MHflex ticket to Singapore. It was just as good as my previous experiences; check-in was easy and the flight left on time. I like knowing what to expect, and they consistently deliver. It's why I keep coming back, even with other options available.
Amazing business class flight!
Just flew Business Class from Kuala Lumpur to Sydney and it was fantastic! The service was spot on, really made the long flight enjoyable. The food was great too, and the seat was super comfy. I'm already planning my next trip with them, definitely recommending Malaysia Airlines to everyone!
Decent value for money
I was looking for the cheapest option for a domestic flight, and the MHbasic fare worked out well. I had to pay extra for a checked bag, but even with that, it was still a good deal compared to other airlines for the same route. No frills, but it got me there without breaking the bank. Worth the purchase for a short hop.

Thinking of switching from AirAsia to Malaysia Airlines for my usual KL to Penang flights. How does MAS compare for domestic routes? Is it worth the potentially higher price?
Anyone flown MHbasic recently on an international route? What's the baggage situation like? Do I have to pay for literally everything extra?
I'm a student, is there any special discount for us? Or is it just the regular promotions?
Can you use promo codes for business class tickets? Or are those usually excluded from the deals?
Hey guys, thinking of booking a flight to London with Malaysia Airlines. Do their promo codes actually work well? Like, do they take a decent chunk off or is it just a few bucks?
